The Office of the Clerk of Courts accepts cash and credit card payments for services provided by the office or for fines and misdemeanor bonds. When credit card payments are made, a surcharge is assessed pursuant to Georgia law for the merchant fee charged to the office. The following types of credit cards are accepted:

The Business/Administrative Division of the Office of the Clerk of Courts of Liberty County provides many auxiliary services. Primarily this division is responsible for administration of the office and accounting for all funds paid into the registries of the courts it serves. Other services provided by the division are:

The Property Division is responsible for receiving, recording, processing, indexing and reproducing all records for land (real estate) and personal property bought, sold, or otherwise conveyed or encumbered in Liberty County. The following records are maintained permanently by the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, copies of which may be obtained by any citizen:

The Judicial Division serves the following courts: Superior Court, State Court, Magistrate Court and Juvenile Court
The Division is responsible for receiving, filing, storing, and retrieving civil and criminal court records for Superior Court, State Court and Magistrate Court. The division is also responsible for managing juvenile court records. All records are open for public inspection and copying except juvenile court records, to which access is limited to juvenile intake and probation officers and officers of the juvenile court (judges, clerk and clerk's staff). The division provides support for each court through management of records and attendance during all court proceedings. Records available through the division are:

All juvenile court records are confidential and are not accessible to the public. Access is limited to juvenile intake and probation officers and officers of the Juvenile Court (judges, clerk and clerk's staff).
